My pfrofessional profile

This guitarist was born in Caracas, Venezuela, during the 60’s he broked into the art world very early, in his born city.

Being a foreseeing notable talented musician, he started his musical education at Conservatorio Superior de Musica “Jose Angel Lamas” in Caracas, Venezuela. Considered as an advance pupil with better than good marks and lots of enthusiasm on keep deepping in the music knowledge. This experience took him to come across the jazz language, by the instruction of Dr Lucho Cañizares, Dr Alvaro Cordero, Berklee School of Music, Mass, USA, as an example.

Besides his widened path through diferent sort of music, like Blues, Latin, Pop, Salsa, Rock, Reggae, Funk, Jazz, etc...

At the same time he reflects the experience taken after sharing performances (tours, jams, openings, recordings, etc...) with musicians of the weight of, Brandford Marsalis, Danilo Perez, Dave Weckel, Jean Luc Ponty, Tania Maria, Jessy Davis, Jorge Pardo, Polo Ortí, Avishai Cohen, Silvano Monasterios, Stanley Jordan, Javier ¨Caramelo¨ Massó, Otmaro Ruiz, Gerry Weyll, John Pattitucci, Jim Mullen, David Sánchez, Robbie Amenn, Rubén Rodríguez (6 del Solar), Pat Metheny, John Scofield, Joe Zawinull, Andréas Prewitz, Santy Roque, Jose Antonio Ramos, Luis Alvaro Varona, Román Feliu, Alain Perez, etc.

I this chance “Reaching the promise” is a very well stablish job into the contemporay jazz (being very careful with the smallers details in the musical fussion), mixing without intend any sign of the diferents musical experiences in which he has been through.

Concerning to the aesthetic and caracters of a contemporary jazz album and the awkwrad situation that means improvised in the jazz language, there is not disproportion on it.
